Founded in 1954, Victor Construction remains a family-owned and operated company. Bob and Jeff Schuttler, collectively have over 60 years of commercial construction experience, managing everything from ground-up and site development to interior build-out renovation projects.

JEFFREY J. SCHUTTLER, President
Jeff is responsible for the overall management of pre-construction and construction phase services. Areas under his direction include: client relations, cost control, estimating, value engineering, quality control, project coordination, safety, negotiations, purchasing and scheduling.
ZACHARY R. SCHUTTLER, Vice President
As Vice President, Zak handles the financial, sales and marketing aspects for Victor Construction. His experience as District Manager for a financial company has helped implement new financial strategies, as well as new policies and procedures. He has also implemented
and manages a newly structured sales and marketing team.
LARRY QUINLAN, Project Manager
Larry has been in the retail/commercial construction field for over thirty years in the capacity of Owners Representative and also as General Contractor. His responsiblities include coordinating between owner, architect, and engineers to assist in planning and design; offering value engineering as needed. He solicits subcontractor proposals and prepares budgets and construction schedules. Larry awards subcontractor agreements and coordinates shop drawings and delivery times of materials as well as tracking job progress and coordination of activities in the field. Larry reviews and approves progress payments for subcontractors and construction draws through Owner and prepares project closeout and follow up on warranty items.
