Northstar Commercial Partners – Little Minds Learning Center

An early learning center project for Northstar Commercial Partners and Little Minds Learning Center, completed in October, 2018. Little Minds in Naperville was a large-scale, ground up construction project, requiring full-time onsite management. Keeping parents in mind, Little Minds stressed the importance of quality craftsmanship, so the look and feel of their newest location met their high standards. Work began in in December of 2017 and despite some very cold winter conditions, we worked diligently to meet final completion deadlines. The finished school is an 11,453 SF all-masonry building with a 5,200 SF playground. Little Minds is a national premiere child development center, providing quality and affordable education.
