February 29, 2016 – Schaumburg, IL – A well-established relationship between Victor Construction and the Smithe Corporation resulted in a collaboration to build several establishments in the Chicagoland area, including:
The most recent renovation was a 40K sq. ft., two-story retail building. This project required the complete demolition of the interior, as well as the removal of the second floor to accommodate a new two-story lobby and grand stairwell. Due to diligent site supervision by Victor Construction personnel, this project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
