STREETS OF WOODFIELD CitiBank – Brides by Demetrios This project involved modifying the existing structure to accommodate two additional tenants, Citibank and Brides by Demetrios. We created a two-story vestibule for access from the ground level entrance to a new second floor tenant space. For customer access, we installed a decorative stair with landing, added a new passenger elevator, and completed the vanilla box build-out for Brides by Demetrios. We also modified the existing exterior façade, raising the parapet and enlarging an area for new signage. New display windows, EIFS, awnings and lighting were included. All work was completed without restricting customer access to existing tenants. Brides by Demetrios |
