Walter E. Smithe Furniture A well-established relationship with Victor Construction has resulted in our collaboration with seven new store locations along with the Smithe Corporate offices and warehouse. The most recent renovation of a 40,000 square foot, 2-story retail building necessitated the complete demolition of the interior and removal of the second floor to accommodate a new two-story Lobby and grand stairwell. Due to diligent oversight by Victor Construction personnel, this project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. |
