OUR LEADERS

Zak Schuttler, President

Zak Schuttler, third generation President of Victor Construction, leads our entire team in achieving the company’s top priority—building for our customers’ success. Over the years, Zak has experienced the many aspects of commercial, retail, and industrial construction. This includes understanding the unique wants and needs of each customer, developing and implementing Victor Construction’s present management system, and serving the client as a guide during preconstruction and construction phases. Additional areas under his direction include safety, cost control, project coordination, and quality assurance.

Zak’s introduction to Victor Construction was certainly not handed to him. Once he became a teenage boy of working age, his father and Vice President at the time Jeff Schuttler put him to work as a laborer. Zak could be found on job sites pushing a broom, hauling materials, and completing all the other intensive work that comes with learning the value of every member of a construction team. It was in his early twenties that he explored the corporate world to learn the different structures and methods that make a business thrive. Zak took that education and applied it at Victor Construction and its ever-changing industry.

“Every plan for construction comes with its own unique set of considerations. As a general contractor, it’s our job to use all of our resources to supply customers with a work environment that helps them advance their business,” explained Zak.
