This Carol Stream distribution center is a 600k sq. ft. facility that called on Victor Construction to complete a construction scope that included a full LED lighting upgrade, new HVLS fans, a 200k sq. ft. section that required new cooling for medical distribution, a 20k sq. ft. office renovation, and a new exterior employee pavilion.
In 2013, Victor replaced a pair of blast doors for UOP Honeywell’s testing facilities in Des Plaines. The old blast doors were in need in need of replacement.
Victor Construction was the general contractor on a ground-up building expansion for Royal Die & Stamping.
