This featured renovation was a 40,000 square foot, two story retail renovation. This Oak Brook project required the complete demolition of the interior, as well as the partial removal of the second floor to accommodate a new two-story lobby and grand stairwell. Diligent site supervision allowed us to complete this project two weeks ahead of schedule.

A well-established relationship between Victor Construction and the Smithe Corporation resulted in several retail and commercial projects in the Chicagoland area, including:
